ポジション名	アナリスト/Analyst
仕事内容	＜職務内容＞ 会計方針及び経理指導等 ・ ビジネス上の意思決定や提案について、会計的な観点からレビューを実施し、分析・評価を行う ・ グループ会計処理の標準化に関連して、特定の会計トピックの分析・評価の実施 ・ 様々な関係会社と協働し、プロセスや会計処理を整理したうえで、必要に応じて連結グループ報告要件の適用を推進する（非連結子会社の連結化対応） チーム内の一般的な業務及び責任の概要（ただし、それ以外の活動が求められる場合もある）: ・ 会計的な調査・分析の実施 – 会計基準について知識を有し、四大監査法人から提供されているようなナレッジデータベースを使いこなせること ・ 新たな会計基準や新たな商流・取引に対する、日産グローバル会計指針の改訂・更新 ・ 会計的な観点からビジネス側に提案を行う ・ 日本基準、IFRS、及びUS-GAAPに基づいて会計取引の分析・評価を実施する。 これには、以下の取引が含まれるが、これらに限られるものではない。例）会社または事業の売却、減損損失の検討、非経常的な取引、新規事業開発の会計的な分析評価、等 ・ 複雑で規模の大きい取引（例、M&A）の経理指導等 ・ 会計基準、会計慣行や実例、会計・監査関連諸団体の見解等を踏まえつつ、ポジションペーパーを作成できること。会計基準上異なる結論や解釈を導き得る場合は、合理的な分析・評価を実施しつつ文書化できること ・ 日本基準 IFRS US-GAAPに基づいて、会計取引の分析・評価ができること。 候補者は、上記三つの基準のうち二つを使いこなせる必要があり、そのうち1つにIFRSが含まれなければならない。 ・ 複雑なビジネス取引が絡むプロジェクトマネジメントや会計的指導等のサポートの提供 ‐‐‐‐‐‐‐ ＜Main Tasks＞ Accounting Policy & Technical Accounting ・Support accounting research for complex transactions – contribute to financial accounting viewpoint as-to appropriate and desired accounting and business direction. ・Assess proper accounting treatment for Nissan global accounting standardization. ・Assist in preparation of new accounting implementation on a variety of accounting topics to worldwide finance personnel. ・Summary of general team responsibilities (however other activities might be required): ・Monitor applicable accounting standards to Nissan Consolidation FS and research using available commercial tools. ・Revise/update Nissan Global Accounting Policies based on new accounting standards and/or new transactions. ・Review proposals/articulate accounting business decision significance to leadership. ・Performing Technical Accounting Assessments on topics including (but not limited to): Business Sales Impairments Extraordinary Events Spin-offs New Business Endeavors etc. ・Provide guidance and assessment on large complex M&A (Merger and Acquisition) activities. ・Write technical accounting whitepapers and assessments citing: Accounting Standards Accounting Precedents applicable Financial Regulatory Body assessments etc. Includes appropriate analysis when accounting standards have different possible interpretations assessing under J-GAAP (Japanese General Accepted Accounting Standards) IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and US-GAAP(United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). ・Candidates can be considered if familiar with only J-GAAP or IFRS if have ability to learn others. ・Lead projects related to implementing accounting changes by creating project plans to meet deadlines.
必要な経験・ 能力	＜MUST＞ ・メール、資料作成、会議が可能なレベルの英語力 ・会計に関する知識（例：簿記を取得されている、USCPAをお持ち、大学等で会計に関する勉強をしていた等） ・自動車業界経験：不要 ・TOEIC：730 ＜WANT＞ ・ネイティブレベルの英語力（日英バイリンガルであることが望ましいが、英語のみの方も可） ・事業会社での経理・財務・会計の実務経験 ・連結財務諸表の作成経験 自動車業界経験：あれば尚可 TOEIC：800 ‐‐‐‐‐‐‐ ＜MUST＞ •English Language Skills (speaking/writing/reading) •Strong accounting knowledge (Ex: Obtained Bookkeeping USCPA studied accounting at university etc.) ＜WANT＞ •English skills to native level (Bilingual (English and Japanese) candidates preferred but English-only candidates will also be considered.) •Working experience in finance or accounting at operating companies •Consolidated financial statements preparation (including Public Company). •Certification (i.e. Japanese or US CPA).
